Rate Review

APS and a broad, diverse group of stakeholders have reached agreement on our first rate review in five years.

If approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission, the agreement will lead to:

•     Investment in a smarter, cleaner energy infrastructure
•     More choice and control through new rate options for customers
•     Continued solar leadership for Arizona

The agreement will now go before the ACC for review, a public hearing and a vote by commissioners, which is anticipated this summer.
